I cant connect to any servers in minecraft. does anyone know what i need to do to fix it?

Getting Known
The Member that has the server is on holidays in the UK so it has been shut down till he returns! Hope that helps, i'm itching to get back to it too!

Minecraft upgraded to v1.1 yesterday. The servers may not have updated yet.
